"Lots of things about this priory are great (the staff, the location, the size of the room). But a few things aren't. Primarily the parking. In order to park here, you have to download and use an app that took way too long, was confusing, and never made sense or worked right, and ended up charging more than a valet even though I parked myself. I'm still getting emails from them days after I checked out that are confusing and annoying. Also, the signage is poor. Mostly, it all seems to stem from the fact that this is primarily a residential building with only a limited number of hotel rooms. The signage is poor. No signs for hotel lobby. No signs for the rooms when you get off the elevator. No signage in the parking garage to tell you how to exit. Etc. "
