"Dragonfly Ranch is surrounded by green and the song of frogs and birds. I stayed in a room with a delightful view of trees then ocean. Dragonfly is only about a 6 minute drive from a great beach for snorkeling and swimming - Two Step, right next to the Pu'uhonua o Honoaunau (Place of Refuge), which is well worth a visit. Staff was attentive, friendly and helpful. I look forward to visiting again in the future."

"During our short stay we were able to visit Volcanoes National Park, the Green Sand Beach close to South Point, go night snorkeling with Manta Rays in Kona, visit several beaches, and even drive up Mauna Kea on our last day in Big Island (night flight) - we could not have achieved this and more without staying in such a perfectly placed location, one with unique landscape on its doorstep (the local history of lava flows was truly fascinating). Lisa was a wonderful host who ensured we knew how to use the facilities, and I would definitely check in with her before your arrival to see what supplies are in your specific yurt (previous guests may have left gently used items or extra things behind - we left sunscreen and water bottles, for example)."

"We (7 adults ages 37 to 64) all loved this property and wouldn’t hesitant to book again in the future. The views from the main living area and lanai are awesome. The owner is easily accessible and responsive via text or phone call. There are lots of geckos that will be hanging around (mostly outside, occasionally inside), but they’re cute and don’t bother you at all. The coqui frogs will be serenading you in the evenings. You won’t find a nicer vacation rental in the area!"

"Really enjoyed staying at this unique place. It's quiet and very beautiful stay on an 7 acre farm with Macadamia Nut & Mango trees. The host is really friendly. Definitely recommend this one."
