"Very well located, good for kids"
The staff were very pleasant and went out of their way to assist us. The hotel is looking a little tired and could use a spruce up. Small things like no light in the fridge and very limited cooking utensils and plates etc could be improved on. We also had no TV in the bedroom and given our 6 year old was sleeping on the fold out couch that was a tad inconvenient, however the staff found us a TV and put it it- certainly very appreciated. Also given there is a restaurant located on the hotel grounds a massive improvement would be to offer guests pool side dining and drinks, you would make a killing!

"big apartments and great pools but a bit cold!"
The pools are the greatest draw. Apartments are big but have very limited storage- no drawers 5 coat hangers for 4 of us staying for a week? We didn't realise we didn't have any outdoor space as an upstairs apartment and that there is a $20 a night supplement to get downstairs- not noted while booking with Expedia as we would have paid but now not possible as fully booked. No noise though! However there is also no central area- no bar/food as these are almost self-contained and front if house is only that as check in and out. Less than 10 minutes walk to the esplanade with good cafes/restaurants and VERY expensive groceries.

Hartley’s Crocodile Adventures, is another top attractions for tourists visiting this part of town. The park offers you an opportunity to see firsthand the enormous reptiles native to this region.

    Weather

The tropical climate of Palm Cove is among the main draws to the dreamy coastal destination. Summer in Palm Cove is also called the “Green Season,” as the area’s arid days are often followed by reasonably rainy nights. Temperatures during this time of year tend to stay south of 33 degrees Celsius, while winter weather generally hovers in the relaxing 14-to-26 degree range. Even the coldest nights in Palm Cove are still relatively warm and rarely require extra layers for outdoor excursions.
