"We spent 2 weeks at Crystalbrook Flynn - it fulfilled our expectations & was the perfect place to base ourselves to explore Cairns & the surrounding areas - land & sea. The room & facilities enabled us to rest & recharge between each Cairns adventure activity. It’s central location put us within 4 blocks of everything. We’ll be back next Winter. "

"We had a lovely room overlooking the inlet and wharf. The room was clean and modern. The hotel staff were excellent, very attentive. The breakfast buffet was the best way to start our day, the views from the dining room are perfect and the choice of food was huge. The location was great, even though it’s right on the wharf esplanade it’s not noisy and it’s a short 2-3 minute walk to the cbd. We would go back in the blink of an eye."

"We had room 405, a suite with a living room, and a great view of the ocean. Great room with a very comfortable king bed. On the Esplanade, the heart of Cairns with everything. Very clean, very nice staff, a very nice balcony. I would probably have liked a coffeemaker but here they like the coffee made by pouring hot water , like for tea. Great little coffee shop near the hotel. Maybe from the rooms on lower floors one can hear some Esplanade noise . It’s wonderful to hear the so many Cairns...

They even have someone who will help you book excursions and a button to call for a cab/ride. The room we stayed in was so clean and had great amenities. "The property is absolutely beautiful! It is only 15 minutes from the airport and is walking distance from tons of shops, restaurants, and the beach. They even have someone who will help you book excursions and a button to call for a cab/ride. The room we stayed in was so clean and had great amenities. The only small issue we had was the safe wouldn’t open for us one day and it was difficult to get ahold of someone at the front desk. The next morning we just walked down and asked for help. They were kind to apologize for the busy line, and walked up to help open the safe. The employees were all wonderful and very kind. I would definitely stay here again!"
