Guests should arrive at the listed check-in location at least 1 hour prior to scheduled departure. Check-in should be completed 30 minutes prior to departure, followed by a 7-minute walk to Marlin Wharf Berth 20. Boarding closes 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time.

Overall a very positive experience. Great room and oceanfront views. Amazing island location. Could have a better pathway to the beachfront cabins. It’s unpaved and on gravel which isn’t ideal for the suitcases.

So many issues with our stay. Air freshener in the room was toxic and gave me an allergic reaction - made the whole room stink. Blankets weren’t folded in the closet, don’t know when they were cleaned last. No elevator to the third floor. Issues with aircon and TV remotes. Took a while to have someone serve us at the pool bar during happy hour. Vending machines don’t work, so no drinks after the bar closes. Food at the restaurant was lovely but a little too adventurous for my family (emu and crocodile tail).

We reached the island around 9 am and register ourself for 2.00 PM checkin. We were told that if the room is ready before 2.00 PM then someone from reception will call us. Since we had enough time to get our room, we went for trek to summit. Came back around 2.15 PM and to our surprise, The room wasn’t ready. The reception staff didn’t show any kind of urgency and very casually handed us a complimentary drink voucher and told that they will call us once the room is ready. I was furious about this callous attitude. Spoke to the manager and she was quick to sort out our room. The room was highly ok. Very moist. there were cockroaches, moth, insects crawling out of drainage in bathroom, AC started leaking. Sheets were dirty. Worst accommodation experience in this island otherwise the foxy bar was good. The island itself is good.

I thought that zephyrs should have been open all day. Foxy’s is nice but does not have the same ambience as Zephyrs and being that it is a resort with no where else to go it should definitely be open for lunch. I would of liked to have had morning coffee here but was refused at 1040am so had to go to Foxys where it is served in a takeaway container I also felt the pool water was quite murky On a bright note we stayed in the Welcome suite and it was lovely
