"Bathroom space so small. No workable chair/table available in bedroom. Available cloak room after check-out. Breakfast items variety satisfactory. Staff cooperative."

"The rooms were clean. The bedding and towels were pristine. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful every time we stayed. The rooms are small which is indicative of a Victorian era building. We stayed three different times and had three different rooms. All were comfortable. The bathrooms varied in size from tiny to small. But there was plenty of hot water and the showers were reasonably good. Location to Paddington Station can’t be beat."
