The best time to visit Old Town Èze is during the shoulder seasons of April to June and September to October, when the weather is pleasant and the crowds are more manageable.During these months, the temperatures are comfortable for exploring the village's narrow, winding streets and enjoying the panoramic views from the Exotic Garden. You'll find it easier to browse the artisan shops and enjoy a leisurely meal at one of the village's cliffside restaurants without the peak summer rush. This is ideal for couples seeking a romantic and relaxed getaway. The summer months of July and August offer consistently sunny and warm weather, great for those who want to combine their visit with time on the nearby beaches of the French Riviera. However, this is also the busiest period, so expect larger crowds and higher prices for accommodation and dining. Families travelling with school-aged children might find this the most convenient time to visit, despite the crowds.Winter, from November to March, is the quietest time to visit. While some shops and restaurants may have reduced hours or close for the season, you'll experience a more tranquil side of Èze.
