"Very nice stay, even considering there was a massive event going. The staff is incredibly friendly, there’s a bunch of shops/amenities inside the place, getting in and out from town was easy. It’s not the most incredible resort beach, but for the price it’s fine. Easily travel to other beaches nearby. Only negative I have was the aircon didn’t work one night, but was quickly resolved. Would come back "

"We had a wonderful time with our family at this house celebrating our parents’ 50th wedding anniversary. The house was exactly what you see in the photos. It was clean, newly updated and very comfortable for our family of 10. The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials and having 4 bedrooms with king beds was a plus. The extra bunk room was perfect for the kids. We also loved that the house was conveniently located close to grocery stores and farmers markets. We loved swimming in the pool and exploring the tide pools behind the house every day. Snorkeling at the Keiki beach located a few steps down the road was a highlight for us. We had an incredible week and would recommend this house to anyone. "

The only thing I can say that was misleading was the references to proximity to locations in Kailua- Kona in the listing. It turns out we much preferred it’s true location up the hill away from the bustle of town. It was so beautiful. I am glad it was not a short walk to Taco Bell as stated in the listing."
