"It is really very close to the beach, you can even walk it.i also love the place itself. very quiet. The only thing really is the air con is very loud that you can’t sleep! That is the tie breaker. Either you sleep in comfort with the loud sound of the air conditioner blasting loud into your ear or hot but quiet during the night. "The main reason I chose this property was its proximity to the IRONMAN World Championship finish line. I knew going in this wasn't going to be the Ritz-Carlton. I was paying for location, location, location, and that was my priority.The condo was nice and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well equipped for preparing meals, the bathroom was fine, and the balcony was huge.There were a few downsides. Although the floors appeared clean, the bottoms of our feet became extremely dirty walking around barefoot. For the price we paid, I also expected a king-size bed and a mattress that didn't sag in the middle.The complex was acceptable considering its age. The main elevator had “Out of Service” signs posted, although I did see residents using it. Several underground parking spaces were occupied by construction, which made parking my Ford Expedition a challenge. It fit, but required careful maneuvering and very cautious driving.The office staff was helpful whenever I had questions, which I appreciated.Overall, I knew what to expect when booking this property. I wasn't looking for luxury; I needed a convenient location close to the IRONMAN finish line and was willing to pay for that convenience. The condo had a few shortcomings, but it provided what we needed. In the end, the location was worth it, and the property worked for my purposes."

"Everything was perfect except with the tv . Rosalba tried her hardest to help the situation, but the set up was a little cumbersome and unreliable. Maybe more directions at the unit would be helpful, otherwise, great location and very responsive from Rosalba"
