"The property itself was fine. I didnt like that they left opened condiments and a water bottle in the refrigerator. Or that the sink pop up didnt work, or what looks like mold developing on the shower liner. But you get what you pay for, so it is what it is. My plane changed after booking so I had to extend my time with a late checkout, which I paid almost a whole day for to check out at 5 pm instead of 10 am. "This property was perfect! Close to everything, yet very quiet. Place was well appointed with special extra touches added! Was in Kona for a wedding with most of the guests staying at the King Kamehameha Courtyard Hotel. This was near everything and saved us a ton of cash! Would stay here again in a heartbeat!"

"Property was as described with a fully stocked kitchen, a washer/dryer, comfortable bed and a view of the ocean from the balcony. It was a great location in the middle of downtown making it easy to walk to multiple stores and restaurants. The property was very clean and communication with the property management company was easy with quick responses. The only downside was a musty smell. "
