"Staff was just ok when we needed something. Room was clean but quite a few issues. Toilet was running continuously when we checked in and maintenance fixed it but it would run until fixed again by flushing. We had no internet the whole time we stayed and maybe 1 channel to watch on tv. There was a sizable crack in the ceiling that ran most of the length of the room. Some hooks on the bathroom door and kitchen wall were falling out of the wall so did not use. On one night my surge protector popped and quit working so I looked behind and saw multiple plugs in multiple surge protectors. Then on my birthday and totally surprising room service woke my wife and I up at 8:30 am after we were out later to celebrate my birthday the night before. We didn’t ask for anything and did not purchase anything from the room fridge but we were charged an additional 50 dollars on the already very high per night rate thinking we were staying in a upscale newly remodeled hotel which really looked like a previous motel. Overall stay was just ok and the staff was very helpful after we checked out and not as helpful while we were staying here. "

"The resort was in a prime location with a little bay. In the bay you could do some snorkeling and see a variety of fish. At night, we saw Manta Ray out by the pier as well"

"Amazing location! Comfortable bed, clean apartment. Easy communication with host. Had some beach chairs and a cooler to borrow. Good assortment of kitchen utensils. Nice gas barbecues to use out by the pool. Would definitely recommend!"

"We totally enjoyed our month in Kailua Kona at this condo. It was in a super area for going out to eat, shopping, close to other places you might want to visit, clean and well-stocked. Holly was very responsive about a situation that was actually outside the actual condo. We would highly recommend this condo to anyone--not just a couple but maybe those with young children, who might sleep on a couch? Great shower and comfortable bed."
