"Very nice stay, even considering there was a massive event going. The staff is incredibly friendly, there’s a bunch of shops/amenities inside the place, getting in and out from town was easy. It’s not the most incredible resort beach, but for the price it’s fine. Easily travel to other beaches nearby. Only negative I have was the aircon didn’t work one night, but was quickly resolved. Would come back "

"The property is really conveniently located right in the heart of Kailua. Restaurants, shops, bars, grocery stores, whatever it is you need, it's right there. It was nicely furnished with everything we needed for our regrettably short stay. The welcome treats were also appreciated! Underground parking was great as it keeps the car out of the hot Hawaiian sun. The only tricky part is finding the entrance to the parking - mapping apps don't always get this right, but it's easy once you know to come down Hanama Pl. "

"This property was perfect! Close to everything, yet very quiet. Place was well appointed with special extra touches added! Was in Kona for a wedding with most of the guests staying at the King Kamehameha Courtyard Hotel. This was near everything and saved us a ton of cash! Would stay here again in a heartbeat!"

"Property was as described with a fully stocked kitchen, a washer/dryer, comfortable bed and a view of the ocean from the balcony. It was a great location in the middle of downtown making it easy to walk to multiple stores and restaurants. The property was very clean and communication with the property management company was easy with quick responses. The only downside was a musty smell. "
