We stayed here for 3 nights after travelling down for a wedding. The staff are excellent, the hotel is clean and fresh, not dated and used feeling. We could walk to the town centre and to the nearby shopping centre easily. Our room was spacious and so was the bathroom and very clean. I found the bed too hard for my liking but I find this fairly often - perhaps a mattress topper offering would be good? This is an older, solidly built 1970s motel which has been updated. Walls are solid brick between rooms so no noise transfers between rooms. Rooms are clean, decent size and have bathrooms that are also bigger than average. This was the 6th motel I stayed in along the NSW coast in 7 days travelling, and it compared favourably with the others. If you want to stay at the best b&b ever then book a room here. It's more than a b&b though.. Really one of the best accommodations I've stayed at and I've been to a few of them when I worked as a travel agent for high-end customers. After we checked in we decided within minutes to stay for an extra night since our plans were wide open.
