The room looked clean, but as it turned out, the floor had never been washed for over price cleaning fee charged, as evidenced by the hairpin was found on the floor from the previous tenants. The place itself is very convenient, but parking is only available for hours when you check in and out, unlike a regular hotel: if you check in at 3:00 PM, you can park your car at 10:00 AM, and this very important detail isn't mentioned anywhere. "One thing that was odd is that there was no microwave in our room. Yet there was a nice assortment of tea bags....why? I was told that is true for "Basic" rooms. At the price one pays at this hotel, there is no such thing as a "basic" room. Don't turn the hotel industry into an airline where one pays for every single thing."
