"I loved the staff and the atmosphere of this place. I was made to feel welcome and safe. It is in a great spot with easy access to London's sights and events. I cannot say enough about the staff and the cleanliness of this property. Breakfast was enough to get me started every day, along with a handmade Latte or cappuccino, made by staff to order. "My room was on the top floor and there were a lot of stairs. It was updated nicely but was small and you had to go through the outside bar to get to the rooms. I only saw the staff when I checked in. Not sure if anyone was there overnight, but it didn’t seem like it."

Lift to rooms stairs down to the breakfast hall. Fridge and microwave also a safeIn the room. Shower door was located touching the sink made for a tight squeeze. Overall Highly recommended."
