"Check in and lobby staff were very nice, professional, and helpful. The room was small and clean. The beds were very creaky but comfortable. It was quite warm in the room and we could not turn the temperature down at all. We were on the second floor and it was a little noisy outside the room until about midnight. "

"I like how streamline the check-in process is; the amenities that are available downstairs on the ground level; have an access to the roof without having to stand in the line so long as you can show proof that you're a hotel guest/resident; the restaurant is on point; and, having been to Peru on at least one occasion, it felt like that there - and I found out the theme was Peruvian and was even more happy with my stay. Don't be fooled by the small size of the room - everything was really well appointed and you still feel like there's space to move. Lots of natural and unnatural lighting. If you have respectful neighbors, you won't be woken up by nonsense. Overall a great experience, and because of how good it was, this will be the only hotel that I stay in when I come to New York City."

"From day 1 service was outstanding, checking was fast and easy, every employee encounter was polite and happy to be working, the ladies out cleaning the room so accommodating and pleasant we got fast our baby crib also been winter rooms wasn’t cool enough for my liking so they provided a fan for us , definitely coming back , water pressure great hot steaming water to shower. At check out was fast and easy big thank you to Akadq and Danus so friendly Top 10 stars to Akadq for her fantastic Service going above and beyond to make sure our stay was nothing but exceptional, Rafael at the door entrance wow so good at his job. So please give them a try before judging My family experience was one of the best we ever had . "
