"We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Shandaken Inn. Check in was so easy and our room was well appointed, beautiful, and had the comfiest bed and linens ever. We ate breakfast at the Inn each morning. Coffee was hot and food was great. The property is beautiful. One of the days we were there it rained all day so my husband and I sat downstairs by the fireplace and played cards. My only suggestion would be that there is a Keurig or coffee that could be enjoyed while enjoying the sitting area. "

"The property was very nice. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Overall our stay was great. My only complaint would be the inconvenience about morning coffee. There is no coffee pot in the rooms and no coffee in the lobby. You have to walk to another building to a bakery to purchase coffee and they don’t open until 7:00. My husband is an early riser and likes his coffee "

"Hotel was super clean and the staff was VERY friendly (Montana/Anthony). The breakfast buffet was good and kept refreshed. If I'm in the area again, we'd gladly stay here."

"This was such a great little hotel. It was out of the way, but right in town at the same time. The lobby and dining area (only open for the complimentary breakfast) reminded me of an old English manor. The breakfast was great, scrambled eggs, home potatoes, and crisp bacon, along with the other regular continental items. We walked out the back door from the second floor right onto a super cute Main Street. This place was just a great little treasure. We loved it!"
