We had a wonderful stay. Donna was a gracious host. She was super friendly and welcoming. The room was nice and comfortable. Only down side is how long it takes for the shower to warm up, but they do have a sign letting you know this ahead of time.
Donna was friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious and had a fridge, microwave. I wasn’t able to get WIFI and she put in an extender for that section. I didn’t get the password. I was at an event at Omega from early morning until night and Sunday I checked out at 8am. I didn’t eat breakfast at Jenny’s because I had to be at my event. So I actually didn’t see Donna after checkin.
The manager was very amenable to changing our room due to a complaint about a problem we had.
And was sincerely concerned.
They have a very nice light breakfast on Saturday mornings.
The property gets some good reviews and not-so-good reviews. This is towards the latter. First the positive: there's a lot to do and see within 30 minutes; the area is safe and very rural; the manager was courteous and check-in was easy; it's truly pet friendly. Now the less positive: my single room was fairly small, which is okay but it borders on an asian style with no refrigerator or microwave; the furnishings are quite dated, suitable but old; same for the bedding; the toilet refilled every few minutes and loudly; there is no sound insulation between rooms, I could clearly hear conversations of neighbors and the road noise was loud at night; the building is in a state of early to moderate decay with some rotted deck boards and wobbly railing; the interior and exterior haven't seen paint in ages; it's expensive for what it is. Most of the photos I've seen online don't reflect what I experienced.

Cool place in the Catskills! Under some renovations but well worth the stop. Big rooms. Comfy beds. Close to so much!

The paint job could be redone and the stair are a bit hazardous. The bath facilities could be improved.

Quiet property with country feel and decor. Manager pleasant and helpful. Ok for one night stay. Walls could definitely use a new coat of paint and building could use updating . Overall pleasant stay.
Really nice room in a fairly run down looking hotel from the outside. But the room
Is lovey, clean and spacious

Jenny stay
The room was clean however had a very must smell and the toilet was dirty and broken. There was minimal interaction with the staff only at check in. The cost was high for a run down motel.
The property was very run down. The furniture abd bedding was worn out, there was a second door in the room that was apparently for emergencies, it was boarded up so I couldnt see out. I felt very unsafe and left immediately even though I had paid in full.
Well the beds and decor were a bit out dated. I couldn't move on the bed without the springs squeaking. It was listed as a B & B but that was not the case and they tried to say it was because of covid but we learned from a local that they stop that long before covid. But it served the purpose for the weekend.
The room was very clean and spacious. The building itself looks like it needs a painting, but our room was fine.

Expedia lists free breakfast with stay, the reviews even talk about it. Breakfast, however, is not served during winter months. This inconsistency should be corrected, it was part of my decision to book here.
We were greeted by the friendly owner. Our room was spotless and inviting. The bathroom was small, but was spotless and certainly served the purpose. The weather was beautiful so we took advantage of the porch; sitting out enjoying the sunshine.
Tired, dusty wall hangings, somewhat rickety outside stair case to ALL rooms, none on the ground floor, no place to put a suitcase but the floor, not even a folding stand, so awkward to use, no bedside table only a standing lamp so reading in bed was uncomfortable, no chair anywhere in the room, only a bed whose springs podged us all night. Suggest travelers find a different place .. charge way too high for the quality. Breakfast was ok but certainly not inspired for a place that calls itself a manor lodge.
Tired. This place definately needs paint, better room lighting, better mattress, really, a total rehab.
Dramatically overpriced for what you get.
Staff was pleasant and cordial.

It is a motor inn, not bed and breakfast
The outside of the building is very run down. There is nothing neat or tidy on the grounds. The room is quaint and clean. Not my type of place.
