Complete package for any vacation in Orlando, very clean well maintained and nice space. With a lot of activities and food options however be aware that Late check out is not easy to get at all and sometimes even if you are paying.

I didn't like the fact that they said it was free breakfast and it wasn't. However the say, that staff, the environment was breathtaking. Anything that wasn't where it should be are not the way you like it, they would go above and beyond to make it works.

Overall,a nice stay. The firepits needed to be cleaned and I went during a non peak day. Room was clean and comfortable.

Great staff. The room was okay. Good breakfast and is family-friendly. What I did not like is that they have restaurants, but they do not sell food. So, if you want to eat, you need to go outside the resort.

Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities
Cleanliness needs to be improved. The room had cobwebs and dead insects. The coffee machine was dusty and the water in the tub was brown before it was clear. Restaurant hours are limited and not many items on the menu. On the other hand, the water park was well maintained and the staff was pleasant.
