Given some of the reviews I think this a excellent hotel if you come from humble beginnings, wouldn’t recommend for those who grew up privileged. Pool was a little cold but bearable and the breakfast is very basic. I agree the hotel is in need of renovation from the outside but rooms were clean, beds were comfortable and staff were excellent, front desk was very helpful ended up checking out at 2pm due to delayed flight and they were very accommodating and let us late check out with no fee.

I stayed at this hotel last year to attend a wedding in Schenectady and my experience and stay eas great so i decided to stay there again this year to attend a festival nearby and we had a wonderful stay, the staff are very polite and kind, the rooms are clean and tidy. I would definitely be staying there in the future.

Rooms and bathrooms were clean, spacious, and updated. Breakfast was just ok...could use some options of meat with the waffles. However, I did appreciate that hot food was provided and not just grab and go options. The front desk staff was friendly & efficient during the check-in process. Ample free parking available. My only complaint is that the housekeeping staff barged in twice without knocking. Otherwise, it was a very pleasant stay.

Bad -- Dirty and run down. So badly needs a remodel. Gather the family around the 19-in TV, and smile at each other under the dim light of the single lamp in the room. Don't count on the free breakfast, just toast waffles and yogurt. That's it. Good -- Friendly staff at check-in, and the ice machine works great.

Location is closeby to restaurants and also highway 87.. Inside the room its clean and in good condition. Breakfast is ok with waffles, bagels, cereals etc. Overall had a pleasant stay with family.

The place is in a great safe area .has plenty food around the area plus they give great breakfast at the hotel .there is and older lady who was at the desk .she was so pleasant and friendly and very hard working when i got up to get breakfast the lady was there agian greeted goodmorning to us told us about the pool area .i would definitely stay here again and it was only 5 min from my family house .
