"Our check-in experience was excellent, whimsical decor throughout, well-appointed room with kitchenette and sofa bed. Shower was amazing but you can hear everything that happens when someone is using the bathroom. It took a while to get the bedding for our fold out bed for my son but it was only a minor inconvenience. Overall, a great stay!"

"Excellent experience. Check-in was quick, professional, and pleasant. The suite was wonderful. It was absolutely spotless and spacious, setting the perfect tone for an elegant escape. The view of downtown Brooklyn was refreshing in the height of winter. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting New York City, perfect location with a lot of good sights within walking distance. Thank you to Katherine and Alicia for answering our questions, accommodating our requests, and ensuring we had a phenomenal evening."

"The beautiful decor stood out, our room was clean when we arrived and cleaning service was extremely respectful with of our privacy. Their coffee is delicious, I didn't feel the need to go out for a latte. The gym and sauna were clean and accessible, we enjoyed every day we stayed."
