"CLEANLINESS - FRONT LOBBY- dirty crumpled paper towel on the floor that left there all day. The carpet on the stairs and lobby desperately needed vacuuming. Pebbles were all around. Still was there the next day. Excellent coffee/tea area available around the clock. ROOM - very clean POOL & Game Room - well maintained BREAKFAST Room- very clean PARKING LOT - clean (no litter) STAFF- very polite and helpful BREAKFAST - FOOD - good variety of foods and enough for everyone SOUND - 10pm quiet curfew. Even though hotel full with family/kids & those with pets, our room was very quiet. Could not hear through the bedroom walls (only the bathroom). BATHROOM- bathroom was clean, water pressure excellent, water drainage a little slow at one time, probably during a high water use time. Soap was great, shampoo & conditioner pass on, bring your own. ROOM Appliances - microwave great, small but efficient! Fridge great size and efficient. Coffee maker, good size & good mix of tea & coffee provided. All appliances were clean! ROOM temperature - A/C worked great keeping our room cool during a heatwave and did not have an odors from it. ROOM bed/bedding - bed firm, but comfortable, pillows comfortable. Excellent sized room, plenty of space for family. TV - good size and easy to use (same with alarm clock). We would definitely stay here again! FEEDFORWARD - Desk staff to be proactive in having the lot & lobby clean/picked up as soon as possible. First impressions are everything."

"My family really enjoyed the pool, splash pad, and lake amenities at Scotty’s. The cafe food is okay and convenient. My only complaint is that the outlets in the room were very loose and don’t hold a plug in them. I had to charge my phone in my car, so not ideal. Other than that we enjoyed our stay."

"Rooms are super spacious ridiculously clean. The staff is amazing. The location is super convenient close to everything. The pool was clean and awesome. The lake/beach was amazing. They have bar poolside. They have restaurants. It’s just overall amazing. I have been coming to Lake George for several years and we continuously come back to the Surfside resort. They never let us down. We had such an amazing time and we are so excited to come back again and again and again and again."
