This hotel spot is good because it is within walking distance of Lake George. It is comfortable enough to spend the night at and the area wasn’t noisy at all.

This was perfect for a short stay. The room was clean, but for some reason one of the beds in the room was missing a bed skirt (the other bed had one). The staff was friendly and the location was great for the area.

The room was clean, but I think the floor wasn’t moped. My socks got very dirty while walking in the room. People above my room were making a lot of noise around 1am ish the two nights I stayed there. The hotel is nice, and there is free parking. The area where the hotel is located is perfect, close to the lake, and the stores.

The location was the best thing going for this hotel. Quick walk to the lake and shopping. That is truly what you are paying for. The room was outdated and musty. If this was newly renovated as advertised, they missed half the mark. No coffee machine in the room, no iron or hair dryer, broken fixtures. There is a nice TV stand with working refrigerator and microwave. If you are adventurous and busy and not going to spend much time in the room, it’s acceptable.

Even though the room was clean and tidy, I'm only giving it an ok because the wifi was just about worthless. We are from NYC and have T-Mobile and that wasn't working either, so we kind of had to leave the property to send texts and make calls. Other than that, everything was perfectly fine. We could've used a few more towels and an extra blanket, but there was a pretty nice outdoor pool and the AC and TV were good. Overall it was a good value and I would've been giving a good or very good rating if the wifi in our room (anyway) wasn't so lame.

We’ve stayed here a couple times a few years back but they must’ve changed management since we last stayed and the difference was extremely noticeable. The internet and tv did not work. The room was cleanish. We noticed stains on the pillowcases and sheets and went to the local Walmart and bought our own sheets and pillow cases as well as lots of stains and dirt in the bathroom. One of the towels left in the room was ripped down the side. Again the staff was alright but not like before. The biggest perk is truly the location and being right in town we were able to walk everywhere we wanted in and left our car in the parking lot. The pool was also very nice.

The location and the parking are super convenient. I don’t give this place a 5 stars review just because the ad at Expedia says comes with breakfast when is only granola bars, coffee and juice. In the future I’m planning to bring more food since size of the fridge is decent, in that way I won’t care about breakfast. Overall it was great for the price!

The main pro about this location is proximity to the Lake George and main streets and attractions are in walking distance. We arrived a few hours earlier than check-in and they kindly let us check-in early. The cleaning staff did a great job tidying up every day. The room and bathroom are pretty basic and bare bones. Would appreciate a few more hooks in the bathroom to hang towels. May seem like a minor request but such an inexpensive upgrade could make a huge difference in comfort. The pool is ok. Unfortunately, the large dumpsters in the parking lot were smelling. Luckily there wasn't unsightly trash overflowing, but the smell was a detraction. They no longer offer breakfast at this location but they had coffee in the office/check-in. It's a good, clean stay with a great location. A few simple upgrades could take it to the next level.

Pros and Cons; asked for queen size bed, felt like it was a full with only two pillows for two guests. Extremely small room. But clean! AC worked great. Amazing location, walking distance to everything. Pool was nice, no bathroom near it tho so had to keep walking to and from room. Parking lot seemed to be freshly re-done. Shower curtain had stains and bugs in the ceiling lights. No tissues and no extra toilet paper in room, had to ask for more. Would stay again because of the perfect location, but the price I paid for 2 nights was ridiculous
