"Clean and comfortable. TV not working but that was apparently because of issues from a storm. Disturbed by noisy guests but that can happen anywhere. Very convenient location. Good food in adjoining club. Very friendly staff. "

"We booked a twin room on Hotels.com but when we arrived at our room, it was one king bed. The twin bed information was not passed on to the hotel. However, the staff were so accommodating, with no fuss they brought the new room key to us and showed us to the new, upgraded accommodation (a 2 bedroom apartment) which made our stay very comfortable. Thank you Oaks Cypress Lakes Resort."
