"Stayed in the 2 bedroom room which was super spacious for 4 adults. Everything was very clean and the surroundings to the rooms were fantastic."

"I loved the location of the property, it is within a 5 minute walk to Jesmond Shopping centre, which has a variety of dine in/takeaway food options + Jesmond Hotel, which has a great bistro. I booked a pet friendly room as I travelled with 2 puppies. The room was excellent for my needs, but I wasn't advised of the extra cost of $20 per day per puppy at the time of booking. I will be staying again at the property when travelling with my puppies"

"The location is beautiful, rooms are great, the sitting area near reception is amazing so peaceful and relaxing, the fire place and lounge is gorgeous. Breakfast is fantastic, so much variety. My disappointment was finding hair in my bed and my towel had a hole in it the size of a 50 cent piece which just brought down the classiness of the venue."

"Booked last minute and wasn’t expecting much for the price on a Saturday night but previous reviews seemed ok. The first room they gave us was average. We thought for one night we’d be ok. But after coming back from dinner we noticed bugs/insects over the walls and worse still over the bed and pillows. I called the emergency number and without hesitation they moved us to another room which had been refurbished. It was comfortable but didn’t have the fireplace which we’d specifically chosen so it was quite cold, especially in the bathroom. This hotel is advertised as Boutique-style, high-quality accommodation - there’s nothing boutique or high quality about it! Even for what we paid a night it wasn’t worth it. My recommendation would be to pay a bit more and stay somewhere else."

"I love staying here when in Newcastle. The location on the waterfront but close to city restaurants is perfect. The rooms ( suites) are the best layout I have encountered, with a kitchen bench and sink, comfortable sofa and desk opening up to a well appointed bedroom with plenty of room for bags and a large en-suite with lots of bench space to hold all your bits and pieces so they don’t get lost or left behind."
