"This hotel feels more like an apartment. Very modern amenities. Lots of dining available in the area. Close to the CBD. There’s a nice park close by. Pets are welcome too so we were able to bring our little shi tzu. "
"It was a really nice stay, staff was friendly, perfect location with all amenities around in a walkable distance. Overall a very pleasant experience. "
"Comfy beds but cheap bedding/pillows/sheets etc.
Balcony waa disgusting and dirty however everything else was very clean. Annoying that there was not enough plates/mugs/bowls etc for four people when it’s a four person apartment.
Only one access key provided.
Check in was a nightmare - zero communication and their method of check in was very confusing and it was hard to get in touch with the staff.
Overall a lovely place."

Pavilion on Northbourne
10/10 Excellent
"Facilities are good, rooms are quite spacious, my ground floor room did open onto the carpark. The in-house dining is wonderful. The plant-filled atrium is a real highlight. Light rail makes it very easy to get around. Service is welcoming and efficient."
"Very clean, ease of access, front staff were amazing and very welcoming, the buffet breakfast was worth it and they catered to all dietary needs. Would definitely stay again and will recommend to family and friends"
"Really enjoyed our time at the Rex. The rooms have been nicely renovated and it was a quiet, comfortable stay. Hayden on the front desk was excellent and very helpful. Only challenge was the parking that could be scarce when the hotel is hosting a function or is full."
