"Staff went out of their way to help us move to a ground floor room after hubby hurt his back, (awaiting spinal surgery ,nothing to do with motel). They carried our belongings and helped hubby down the stairs. One young lady went out of her way to help in many ways, always with a smile on her face. Highly recommend"

"The size of the house was great. Heating options were good. The actual house was tidy but very run down and dirty. There was dust behind the doors and dust and rubbish just swept under the bed in main room. There was hair and dust in corners of the bathroom. The fans were covered in dust. The staircase is a hazard and should be removed and redone. My daughter fell down then. Fortunately caught herself. The yard was unusable as it was very overgrown and weedy. The kids could not use the grassed area as there was dog Pooh everywhere, obviously from a past renter. My daughter actually stepped in some. Very obviously not maintained at all. "

"We took a small vacation to Canberra with our children 9/12 yrs. The apartment was amazing. So clean and spacious with a lovely terrace to have a morning coffee. The host and property manager answered messages within minutes which put us at ease. Check in was easy and instructions were understandable. Location was brilliant. Three minute walk to restaurants, Hoyts and Westfield. With a Betty’s Burgers serving the best milkshakes! A great skatepark up the road and 10 min drive to most attractions. With Questacon, Australian Mint, Quizzical Alley for Harry P fans, Australian Museum, Bus Drpot Markets, Go Karting just to name a few places. We will definitely be back it had everything we needed. "As this is a new building, the owners may need to consult building managers for some repairs.1. The ensuite bathroom toilet and basin were unusable. The toilet leaked heavily, and did not flush sufficiently.The basin drained very slowly. Plumbing and draining issues.2. The kitchen mixer tap is not connected to the bench properly and wobbles all around when trying to use it.These were big inconveniences to us as they are the most used items in the apartment.Location wise, we enjoyed our stay.
