Terrific location within walking distance of cafes shopping and Manuka Oval. Room was clean and had character. Bathroom had a bath and lovely toiletries but a very dated fee and grout needs a good clean.

The noise of the exhaust fans operating in my room 24/7 was unbearable.
The location of the hotel is excellent. Our room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. The hotel was quiet and the small dine-in menu was adequate although there were plenty of options locally for dinner. Provision of a small table in the room would have made the amenities ideal.
