"I travel a lot and I would not go back to this hotel. Amenities are horrible, two lounge chairs outside cabanas were broken and tha was th only ones thy had at pool. Gym was tiny and only tread mill that was broken and not working. Plastic handles broken, screen cracked. Weights had broken or missing pins, dirty and loud. I did not find the staff friendly or helpful and wanted to charge me $20 plus to park a vehicle for only a few hours. Food ok at bar. Room was small, shower was old and no water pressure. I rarely ever complain about hotels, but this one needed a review because my family and I was very disappointed. "

"Clean room, nice staff. The restaurant was yummy. The room was loud, as it’s all concrete. We could hear everything outside of our room. "

"Airport shuttle was awful, definitely needed better signage. We waited 1 1/2 hr for shuttle. Pictures are very deceptive. "

"I enjoyed my stay at the Arya Hotel. Really loved the pool and the views. Please remind your front desk staff NOT to mention the guest room number out loud at check-in, especially for a woman travelling alone. Better to just point to the room number on the key holder. Another nice touch would be to explain that a key is needed in the elevator to reach the guestroom floor. Thank you."

"Unfortunately on Sunday after being out for about 5/6 hours we came back to our room at 5pm to find it had not been serviced. It was a very busy weekend due to events in the area, the focus seemed to be on cleaning room for incoming guests not the current guest. We were not impressed."
