We had a wonderful stay during family weekend at U Miami. The location was so modern and convenient to the Miracle Mile. One comment is that the room door took a little while to close, and you could see if someone was in the bathroom. We would stay again when visiting.

The staff was excellent and the rooms were clean and well maintained. I don’t understand the negative reviews. The hotel can use some cosmetic improvements but nothing dramatic. The service was great and the staff were friendly and helpful. The area was great with wonderful restaurants in walking distance. I would definitely stay there again.

I love that there are many businesses around the property, and it is very walkable. Valet is a little pricey, but it was ok since we only stayed for one night
