Francisco is the contact during my stay. He is such a nice and responsive guy. Whenever I have a questions or issues he will respond within minutes. The room size is decent and I really like the shower place and washroom. I will consider my four day stay in the property having been flawless.

This is a favorite place to stay while in Coral Gables. Great staff, Great location, and the process could not be any better. We started visiting every few weeks, and I have not one thing bad to say about the place ( Except I wish they would finally open the restaurant )

I've stayed at this hotel numerous times - it has both hotel rooms and private residences you can rent. This room was so lovely, modern and chic finishes. I preferred the nice wood floors to the usual carpet and it was stocked with dishes, glasses and plates and water in the small refrigerator. We checked in at 2 a.m and the front desk attendant made everything so easy so we could get to sleep. Will definitely book again.

Can't beat the location of this hotel. Great views and walkable to all the great places in Coconut Grove. Service was excellent and room was super clean and comfortable. Only one minor issue with the electronic blinds but the staff responded right away.
