"While the property provided a great family friendly space with beautiful views, it was unfortunately let down by a few issues:- No hot water on arrival as the gas cylinders were empty. The property managers advised they could not replace the gas due to it being a public holiday, and suggested that we purchase a replacement gas cylinder and fit it ourselves. We had no hot water for 24 hours.- Significant black mould on the ceiling in the downstairs "bathroom".- Mould in the grout in the upstairs...
