This position perfect apartment in Mornington has everything on the doorstep. The Royal Hotel, Kirks on the Esplanade, stunning Royal Beach and it's only a short walk to bustling Main street, Mornington.
The perfect location to explore this wonderful area.

The apartment is part of a two story house and has a separate entrance at the back of the property. We have one queen bed and one cot. There is no cooking facilities as the restaurants are on the doorstep. Linen provided, free Wifi

We have a strict no party policy at the apartment which means no loud music day or night. At 11pm you need to move inside.

Please note the owners live upstairs. The apartment is securely locked from the main house with its own entrance.

Sorry no hens, bucks and absolutely no schoolies bookings of any kind, not even quiet ones :)

A very nicely appointed 1 b/r apartment on the ground floor of this Mornington beach house. Friendly and helpful owners made for an enjoyable 4 night stay.

Property as described
Property was as described, but found it a little bit of a inconvenience not having access or ability to park car at property. In addition, spare set of keys were not left as stated, creating unease that they may have considered they had. Overall was very suitable, but also only had minimal (1) fork and (1) knife, so consider minimal more than one. Also considered considered washing up in bathroom sink not the best for an above average apartment.
