Our property is in a quiet residential apartment block and we value our neighbours' comfort. To ensure a harmonious environment, please keep noise levels low at all times and be especially mindful between 10 PM and 8 AM. Music, conversations in the stairwell, or even TV at high volumes can disturb our neighbours. Great apartment for us in a great location close to MSAC for us. Trams very close by. Apartment had everything we needed, good little neighbourhood and hosts were lovely to deal with. I would stay again if in Melbourne and highly recommend to others. Thanks for having us!
