Hot days and sea breezes await you in this spacious family-friendly beachfront apartment.

In a fantastic position, this new apartment complex is right on the beach. The Peninsula's best children's playground is within meters and you can easily stroll along the kilometres of sandy beach, swim in the calm waters of the bay or stroll out on the pier with a fishing rod in hand. Across the road are the all-important amenities and shops. There is no better location for a family holiday.

APARTMENT FEATURES:

Flooded with natural light and with a stylish beach vibe you will feel instantly on holiday upon arrival. The comfortable living area leads out to the balcony, a perfect spot to enjoy a BBQ and watch the sunset over the beautiful bayside beach.

The compact, yet fully functional modern kitchen includes oven, induction cooktop, dishwasher, and coffee machine, shares the open plan living and dining area.

The nearby bedrooms share a bathroom and includes a washing machine and clothes dryer. There is one secure car spot included underneath the apartment complex.

* please note that this apartment is located on the first floor and is accessed via a lift or stairs.

Filthy and Uncomfortable
Do not book this appartment, l repeat DO NOT, you will regret it. Let's start with the dirty bed sheets and pillow cases, which had not been changed. These were stained yellow with sweat and grime. A dirty tea towel was placed in the bathroom as a hand towel. No tea, coffee or milk supplied. Fried egg residue found hanging off a frying pan in the cupboard. Bedrooms have no fans or ventilation and are absolutely stiffiling hot to sleep in. Dated and old furniture made to look comfortable but not. To the Owner/Owners if you cannot provide a clean and comfortable place for your paying customers l suggest you find another business venture to run and STOP ripping money off hard working people.

Location, location, location!
Apart from us driving to Red Hill and Sorrento, put the car keys away. Incredible location near the pier, boardwalk, great beach, shopping strip, Rosebud Hotel, and Rosebud Plaza. Apartment is very modern and clean with underground car park. Can sit on balcony watching ships/liners coming in and out of bay.

This apartment was wonderful. Clean, tidy and comfortable. The convenience of coffee shops, restaurants and beach right on your door step. Would definitely recommend.

Very convenient
It was great to be able to get to the playground, beach, shops and restaurants with just a short walk. The small/medium sized apartment fitted our family of 4 without feeling cramped. However, even in an unusually cold December we still needed the air conditioner going, bedroom doors open and fans going to make it comfortable for sleeping.

Perfect position
The property was “as advertised”. The position to the beach, cafes & restaurants was tops. Apartment had everything we needed. Our only problem was on accessing the roller door the remote didn’t work. A quick phone call and someone came and sorted it out. I have no hesitation in recommending this property.
