C'est une blague j'espère , quelle vacances ? Je n'ai même pas pû accéder à la location car c'était déjà plein et on ne m'a ni rembourser ni dédommager , j'attend que vous fassiez le nécessaire car il est innaceptable que je me tape 4h de route avec les parents et les enfants pour au final devoir chercher et payer un hôtel de ma poche alors que j'avais déjà payé la location .
