"De gastheer en gastvrouw waren uitzonderlijk vriendelijk, warm en behulpzaam. Vanaf het eerste contact voelden we ons meer dan welkom. Ze stonden altijd klaar om te helpen, gaven goede tips en deden er alles aan om ons verblijf perfect te maken.
Ook de communicatie was echt uitstekend: snel, duidelijk en zeer professioneel, zowel voor als tijdens ons verblijf. Dat gaf meteen een vertrouwd en ontspannen gevoel.
Kortom: een perfecte riad met geweldige mensen. Wij komen hier zonder twijfel heel...

"We had a pool-view room which was lovely and spacious. Staff were very friendly. There was a good variety of food on offer for all-inclusive, and the food was of good quality. The only disappointment we had was realising that you had to pay to use the indoor pool (about £20pp per hour). I had not seen any mention of this when booking. Unfortunately we were unlucky with the weather and it was cold and rained for the 3 days we were there (Jan 2026), meaning we could not use the outdoor pool. ...

"stayed for a short time, we were warmly welcomed by the incredibly kind and helpful staff. The hotel is stylish, clean, and full of charm — a peaceful retreat in Marrakech.
The only small issue we experienced was with the warm water pressure, which wasn’t working during our stay. But overall, the kindness and hospitality of the team more than made up for it. We would definitely love to return for a longer visit!"

"Outstanding stay. This is a spectacular hotel in one of the most interesting and historic districts of the city, the Kasbah. Rooms are beautiful and spacious, beds are very comfortable. The staff is lovely and the bar is very cosy. The hotel's feels more like a place for travellers rather than tourists - a very interesting mix of people. We would gladly stay again."

"Wonderful stay in Marrakech. Accommodations were clean, quiet and relaxing after a day in the Souks, located down a quiet street but very accessible to main sites in the Medina. Hammam was very replenishing, and breakfast was delicious, they didn’t mind accommodating when we had to leave early for our transfer. Host was very generous and informative (Nourish). "
