We loved the staff - very friendly! The breakfast was amazing and the beds are very comfortable. The area is also a great location as it is quiet but within 15-20 minute walk of the busy areas. The vibe and ambience is also very nice…….we would stay there again if we return to Marrakech.

Very helpful staff and great facilities including the rooftop terrace and pool. Well located for both the Medina and the newer Gueliz area, some nice restaurants nearby too, would be happy to stay again!

The friendliest most accommodating staff I have encountered in a hotel. The breakfasts were amazing with lots of healthy options. Great location just outside the old town making it quieter and less chaotic. Would thoroughly recommend.

All staff extremely courteous and friendly. The only thing was when asking for iron ironing board they brought ironing board which was dirty and had holes in the cover. Then decided to come and take it away as they needed it urgently. Had to request it several times during the stay as they kept taking it away. The pool had a leak and roof bar wasn’t open at time of staying . This hadn’t been mentioned on booking . Would have had to travel 20 mins to use a different pool in another location . Lovely presentation at breakfast and service but too many different breads on offer . May be look at other options instead of so much bread. Lovely location of hotel

The hotel is very nice as it is a new building, clean and quite.The only downside is that the rooms are too hot since they only have heater and not AC during winter time.

A beautiful hotel. Well catered for and excellent staff. All needs were accommodated for. The only problem is that I had to pay city charge for the 3 nights it was 180 dhms. Which I though was included in the price of my hotel

Beautiful property in an exceptional location. There is an ATM and currency exchange within one block of the hotel, Lots of great restaurants and cafes lined along the boulevard. Close enough to walk to the Medina. Petite taxi stand located one block from the hotel. Well appointed rooms and lovely rooftop pool and bar. The hotel staff is very helpful for any of your needs - restaurant recommendations/reservations, converting cash, transportation, etc. Gorgeous restaurant with an excellent breakfast. We highly recommend this hotel and would stay there again.

Wonderful

Perfect. Stayed there over New Year's. Spa is great. Breakfast is very tasty. Staff is great. Rooms was perfect with great view of the action. Very well located. Would definitely stay here again.
