"The staff is sooooooooo amazing. Unfortunately, we had a room that was close to a smoking stand and our room had a gap in the door that made our room fill with smoke. The staff were kind and brought our bags through the Medina. Was easy check in and the Facilites were great. We had tea by the pool almost every night and it felt like an oasis from the hustle. "

"We only stayed for a couple of nights but the Riad Nashira was the perfect hotel for what we needed right in the heart of Marrakesh. Even though we didn't get to use the roof terrace (due to cool weather) we could just visualise what an amazing space this was and perhaps on another visit, we will be able to enjoy it. The staff couldn't have been more helpful during our stay, especially organising an amazing birthday cake for my wife and the entire hotel staff/team came out to sing Happy Birthday to her at Breakfast no less! Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone."

"Excellent safe hotel with high standards. Only thing to mention were a couple of the reception staff at the Spa and at the Asian restaurant who were a bit unprofessional but the rest amazing. I would also like to praise the reception staff and the amazing concierge team who did everything for our stay to be perfect "

"Overall, the apartment was fine for what we needed. It was clean and comfortable. A sofa bed would be a beneficial addition as the sofas are quite narrow. There are shops and restaurants close by for anything you need. The noise from nearby building works i imagine would be annoying for most, but it cant be helped and my friend and i were up before it started. The apartment could use a face lift, but thats puely cosmetic. The only downside was lack of a sofa bed in the salon. Private terrace is a great size and we managed to even get a bit of sun on the roof pool terrace. Adil was very friendly and made sure we knew where everything was before he left. Overall, 4 stars."
