"My son and I took a quick trip to Mammoth and found this condo very comfortable and super convenient. We only had 2 days to ski and the owner provided such clear instructions that made the whole process of checking in, parking, storing our equipment, check out, etc so easy. We used the sofa bed which was comfortable and we were happy to have the conveniences in the kitchen as well - including the coffee - Thank you! We will be back."

"This place was better than advertised. It was clean, felt new, was large, and had everything we needed. It was only a short drive to Eagle lodge and most common places in Mammoth. Parking in front of the condo was easy and close. There was a snow storm during our stay and the clean up/plowing crew was on point in keeping our access open and cleaned out."

"The unit was great and the owners had stocked the kitchen with some of the needed accessories (ground coffee, sugar, peanut butter, and the such) so we didn't have to buy those. The parking was not assigned, but there was plenty close by. I'm not happy having to deal with VRBO, but I didn't have a choice."

"We had a wonderful stay in February 2023. The property has all the amenities and is right across the the shuttle stop that goes to Eagle lodge, which was very convenient. We were able to quickly get in touch with the property manager about laundry access and extending our stay when roads were closed on our last day. Overall a great experience and would definitely stay here again."

Felt like I walked into a condo where I rabid cat lives that scratched the sh#t out of everything. This are all individually owned apparently but the wear and tear needs to be tended to. Would be an easy fix for the price they are all charging especially during ski season. "
