"The location of the property was amazing. As first timers in Yosemite, it was so awesome to be staying inside the park, yet still have all the amenities of home. If staying/traveling with non-campers, this made it such a great visit!The house is very clean, plenty spacious, and is equipped with everything we needed. We especially appreciated the AWESOME dvd collection, which was perfect for decompressing with family after a long day in the park. The house was great, the host was tremendous, the location was perfect and overall made this one of the best national park visits we've had yet!"

"Convenient access to main areas of Yosemite. We enjoyed the pool table and hot tub after a day of hiking. Very peaceful area with lots of natural beauty. "

"Vonnie is the best host and the Peregrine Lodge has absolutely everything a guest could want. It is inside the park entrance, so you don’t have to wait in a line at the gate and is about a 30 minute drive to Yosemite Valley. We were a family of seven adults and the accommodations were perfect for our group. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking and there are plenty of supplies (games, DVD, pool table) for days at the Lodge. But the real gem at this property was our host, Vonnie. She was attentive to our every need and helped us plan the best days in Yosemite. She knows so much about the park! She suggested a picnic on Tenaya Lake to avoid the crowds in the Valley (and the Lodge has a cooler available to use!) and this was one of our favorite days. She also helped us find great trails for our days in the Valley. This is definitely the best lodge in Yosemite West. Thanks, Vonnie!"

"We lucked out with this one on a short notice Yosemite vacation. This place was perfect! The kids loved that they could choose to sleep in separate beds, and it was nice that they had games to entertain while we were cooking or relaxing. The kitchen is well stocked, and there is filtered water on the fridge door. The bathroom is beautiful. There is a box fan that made sleeping comfortable, and the king bed is as really comfortable for us. This is the only at to drive into Yosemite through Tunnel View, and it’s right down from the turnoff to Glacier Point. "
