"We had a great time in Madrid and loved the amenities of swimming area and sauna. Wife also had an opportunity to use the spa."

"Our shower door leaked & water was everywhere in bathroom & water ran into toilet cubicle. We had to cover floor with towels each time we used shower. It was obviously an on going problem because the bedroom floor outside the bathroom was damaged so this showed water leakage from a long while back. Certainly not good enough for a 5 star hotel. Hotel seemed like it needed refurbishment. On arrival the sink was blocked but that was sorted straight away. Location was great & so were staff but...

"This property is located in close proximity to Sol plaza which is best plaza in my opinion even better than Royal Plaza for liveliness. The street where the hotel is located in only for walking and therefore you will have to walk atleast 1-2 minutes to reach there or acess taxi/public transport.
