Very nice, I would suggest the hotel have outlets that support 110/120 voltage. Also, please suggest to the kitchen staff to be kind and respectful to the customers. All other staff members were very nice and helpful. Thank you

Hotel was close to the airport yet quiet enough for a good night’s sleep. Although the room was a bit dark and stark it was very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful and the restaurant food was good including the buffet breakfast before we left for our flight.

A good place to stay - clean, efficient, modern. Best mattress that I’ve slept on in Spain! Two annoyances though: 1) they don’t arrange the airport shuttle, you need to book online and 2) they wouldn’t allow us to bring our bags into the breakfast area. If you miss your 5€ shuttle, it’s a 30€ taxi ride to the airport.

Good clean room for people who want to be close to Madrid airport. Dee ate dinner which was ok (burger and Bolognese pasta ). The bed was comfortable but there was a concrete pillar in the middle of the room. The size of the room made it uncomfortable to move big luggage around.

I liked the room. It was clean and comfortable. The shower was tiny. The front staff was not very friendly. We stayed at this hotel because it was closer to the airport. We went down for breakfast at 7am and all the food was gone. There were hardly any clean dishes or mugs for coffee. The staff was slowly replenishing but it didnt seem like there was enough food for the guests. I'd definitely skip this hotel.

I stayed three nights at this hotel. It seems to be a relatively new hotel. The staff isn’t very friendly, but they’re not unpleasant either. As for cleanliness, the hotel looks clean. The room I got was clean as well. The only small issue was that the shower had some mold around the edges. But overall, the structure of the hotel is very good. I love its industrial-style design. I highly recommend getting the breakfast, even though it’s not included, because it’s worth paying for. They offer a good variety, and everything is fresh, clean, and tasty. I can’t complain about paying for the breakfast buffet. Overall, I do recommend this hotel. It’s close to the airport but far from downtown Madrid. However, you can take
