"Breakfast facility very crowded. Not enough seating. Poor choices, same breakfast everyday, no variations . Also on weekends there are hugh crowds of party goers hanging out and they can be loud. Unfortunately the windows keep noise out, they are not completely sound proof so if light sleeper you will hear them. Staff was excellent and very helpful. Location was amazing "

"It is very close to metro and grocery stores. I advise you to bring some earplugs in case you get a room that faces the street. The trash pickup is done about 2 am. The trucks are loud. The food delivery guys hang out across the street and they are loud. Note the time that the reception desk is staffed. If you need anything they are very helpful when they are on duty. Negotiate when your room will be cleaned and where to leave your trash. Great bakery 2 door down to right. "

"Got a king room with Gran via view hoping to get one with a terrace. (As it said some of the king rooms came with terraces.) And I did get a terrace. Room was enormous - more of a suite as it had a separate tiny room in between the bedroom and bathroom that contained a non-functioning eliptical trainer.
