Hi Jayson, I don't remember you asking to cancel and I have no emails asking for a cancellation?! The booking was made on 29th December for a Jaylee who arrived on the 20th January... that is really strange because our cancellation period is up to 24 hours prior to check in and we would never not agree to a cancellation 1 week out from a booking plus we don't take payment until the afternoon before the guest arrives so none of what you have written in your review makes sense. If we do cancel the only fee is the first night's accommodation.

Hi Louise, thanks for taking the time to leave us your review and comments. Yes we are an older motel not a flashy hotel but we try our best to provide a welcoming stop over for our guests plus we do have long stays as well and lots of repeat guests which is wonderful.

Hi Nancy, thanks for your review and comments. I'm confused as to why there was no cover on your bed as we have bedcovers on all our beds and the only time we use blankets is for our trundler beds or if our guests ask for a blanket to put on top of the bedcover. Are you sure it was our motel? If so please always phone us to let us know.

Hi Lorraine, you should have come to us and let us know. We run at 94% occupancy and that room is always rented and no-one else has told us of a problem with the door so perhaps you weren't locking it properly?
