"We booked a twin room on Hotels.com but when we arrived at our room, it was one king bed. The twin bed information was not passed on to the hotel. However, the staff were so accommodating, with no fuss they brought the new room key to us and showed us to the new, upgraded accommodation (a 2 bedroom apartment) which made our stay very comfortable. Thank you Oaks Cypress Lakes Resort."

"Great stay on our travels. The ability to do late check-in and park directly in front of your door is a bonus. It makes for an easy arrival and departure when passing through. The rooms are very spacious and beds are comfortable. It has all the amenities we needed for our quick stopover. We will definitely visit again."
