No lifts but a lovely old lace railed verderah. On-site parking which freed up once attendees at an afternoon function left. Easy to find by GPS and likewise to access off freeway. "An inexpensive accommodation option, central to Maitland."

"The accommodation was easy to find and accessing the room simple, thanks to fancy technology. The room was clean, quiet and well maintained, and conveniently located next to a Coles. My only disappointment was expecting a coffee machine, as shown in the online photos, but overall a very comfortable stay which I would recommend to others."

"Booked 2 nights, no room cleaning or bedding change done , no extra bin bags to at least take the rubbish out. No vacuum or room to clean the room. The room was sealed tight with no window , AC modes centrally controlled."

"The room was well-maintained and spacious, complemented by a professional and attentive staff. The breakfast buffet offered a high-quality, diverse selection, and the restaurant provided excellent dining options at competitive price points."
