"Extremely convenient location with very spacious clean rooms even for a family of four with two queen beds. Staff was great and provided water when we requested it. No complaints about the hotel and staff at all. The street can get noisy but I always have a white noise playlist on my iPad and raise it up at night. Does the trick every time. "

"Staff rude, bottom lounge not actually open, scuffs on my bumper on my car after overnight stay. Not worth the distance from other areas in LA."

"Here is my honest opinion. We had issues with our stay due to the room being broken a little bit but as someone who works in hotels I don't think they deserve a bad rating. I forgot to get names of the front desk people but thank you to the guy who checked into our room early, literally made our life so much easier and the night audit guy. He Definity has some customer service skills, appreciate them! As well as i would like to point out their pool. It turned out by the end of the night we were there alone not we were not disturbed; it was so much fun!"
