"This is a sad excuse for Hilton properties. We understood that the hotel shuttle would take us in a radius of 1.5 miles; however there was a 15 minute wait that ended up being 30 or so minutes in an open air golf cart. "

"Front desk staff was very nice and recommended restaurants as we requested. Liked the market place and staff also."

"I very much enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful (shout out to Jackie) and the property was clean and well maintained. The location was convenient; I could get food, coffee, and there's a CVS just across the street. Most of all, I felt safe."

"The hotel is in an ideal location for travelers using Long Beach Airport. However, be prepared to hear airplanes taking off from the nearby runway. It didn’t bother me personally, but I can see how some guests may find it disruptive. Our bed was listed as a “king size,” though it definitely felt smaller than the king bed I have at home. Parking was convenient when there were no hotel events, but on two days during my stay it became difficult to find a spot due to event traffic. Overall, the hotel was very nice, and the staff was extremely friendly and professional. I would definitely stay here again."

"My husband and I stayed here on April 2026. They do provide free parking, which is an absolute plus for California, where you have to pay parking for just about any place you visit. We checked in around 7pm and the gentlemen gave us the key for our room; we went to the room only to find out it was already occupied, as soon as we walked in my husband noticed some luggage and stuff on the bed, luckily for us there was no body in the room at that time. (That has never happened to us before, and we travel plenty. It was very scary experience for us just to think if there was somebody in the room). Left the room and went back to the reception and he gave us another room. This room looked nothing like the online pictures, it looked like the utility room with a bed, tv and a bathroom. True! it was the cheapest we found close to the beach @ $89.00 dollars/ night, but it was not what they advertised. Next day we talked to the morning attendant, and he did move us a better room. Our second night, the new room was connected to another room, and we could hear people with loud tv, music and like they were having a fun time. We were sleeping on and off all night long. Ended up falling in deep sleep around 6am. After they left. I don't think we will ever be back to this place."
