"This is a nice property with an excellent location in downtown Pasadena. The only complaint we had is that the bathroom sink was installed such that it never fully drained. There was always standing water in the front half and it got nasty after a day’s use. Even after the room was cleaned there was still standing water in the drain."

"All in all an OK stay. Get there early as staying on a bottom floor is loud or call to request and upper floor. Fleas on the bedcovers and back rooms look out on an area that has litter floating around. "

"The first room we had was smelled like smoke and the towels weren't fresh smelling. We moved to another room the second day, it was better. Pool lounges and umbrellas are old and dirty, stained. First night loud party at 1am next to room, conceirge not helpful. Staff is not well traded, and fairly rude."

"Limited breakfast menu, but very convenient to have breakfast promptly served in the hotel lobby. Hotel is just two short blocks from the Metro line, which made travel to museums downtown and the Disney Concert Hall quick and easy! Staff members were cordial and welcoming!"

"Fully updated rooms with good furnishing, fridge and micro. Parking was first come. first serve due to the main parking facility closed for repairs."
