"No service! Towels are limited and services stop at 5pm. Evergting we request innterms of service is for some reason not available or told to get it at ABC store. Over priced parking. The moment you arrive, they try to sell you on more vacation packages. We will not be coming back. "

"The room stunk(l cannot figure out like what, but it was not a clean, fresh smell that you expect). To open the balcony you really have to be very strong. Was hit with $500 resort fee which covered… a safe in the room??? Beach towels? A pump of sun block? And a three item rental for he beach (beware, if u r a family of 5, u have to decide what u rent and how to split 3 chairs or 2 chairs and an umbrella. The pant is chipping, the hallways look sad, the carpet is old. The toilet worked, BUT the flush sound was as if you were on the plane- it felt like you will be flushed with it. And as a grand finale- met the cockroach on the day we were leaving (killed it). But did we bring some back home? I don’t know. Never again will I stay there. I usually don’t believe all the feedback that I read, but I should have this time. "

"This is a great inexpensive hotel. We stayed in Hawaii for a layover on our way back from a trip to Japan so we didn’t wanna spend too much on a hotel and this was perfect. It was clean the staff the staff was friendly and great location. How do we been staying in Hawaii as our main destination we probably would’ve splurged a little bit on a nicer hotel beachfront but this was just perfect for the money we wanted to spend."
